Roster and directory refresh
Every quarter each practice refreshes its full roster in the portal. Blueprint checks it against the plan’s approved roster and credentialing records, clinician by clinician, and says exactly who needs credentialing, who is due for recredentialing, whose directory listing is wrong and who has left. Then it writes the note each practice gets.
