Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 15, 2026. Blueprint Network Hub is committed to protecting your data.

1. Information We Collect

Blueprint Network Hub collects information you provide when creating an account, setting up your workspace, or contacting us. This includes: account information (name, email, organization name), workspace configuration data (state, lines of business, team members), provider data you import or enter into the platform, and usage analytics (page views, feature usage, session duration). We do not collect or store Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. Provider network data — names, specialties, contact information, and contract status — is business data that you own and control.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: operate and improve the Blueprint platform, send product updates and relevant communications (you can opt out at any time), provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your provider network data for any purpose other than operating your Blueprint workspace.

3. Data Ownership

You own your data. All provider records, pipeline information, adequacy scores, campaign data, and team notes you create in Blueprint remain your property. You can export your data at any time. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except as required by law. Blueprint does not claim any license or ownership rights over data you input into the platform.

4. Data Security

Blueprint uses industry-standard security practices to protect your data: all data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), access controls are role-based and enforced at the platform level, we conduct regular security reviews and penetration testing, and we maintain audit logs of all data access events. We promptly notify affected customers of any data breach that involves their information.

5. Data Retention

We retain your workspace data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days during which you can export it. After 30 days, it is permanently deleted from our systems. Anonymized, aggregated usage analytics may be retained for longer periods to improve the platform.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Blueprint uses essential cookies for authentication and session management, and optional analytics cookies (which you can decline) to understand how the platform is used. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or retargeting pixels. You can manage cookie preferences in your account settings.

7. Third-Party Services

Blueprint uses a limited number of third-party infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, email delivery, error monitoring). These providers process data only as necessary to operate the platform and are contractually obligated to maintain appropriate security standards. We do not share your data with third-party analytics platforms, CRMs, or data brokers.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at hello@blueprintnetworkhub.com. For California residents: you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what information we collect and to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information). For EU/UK residents: you have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and portability.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes to this privacy policy by email and by posting an updated version in the platform at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of Blueprint after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Contact Us
