Elevated latency on Analytics Engine
Between 2:14 PM and 2:51 PM ET, the Analytics Engine experienced elevated response times due to a database query optimization issue. Adequacy scores were still accurate but slower to load. Issue resolved at 2:51 PM ET with a query index update.
Scheduled maintenance — database upgrade
Planned maintenance window from 2:00–4:00 AM ET. Blueprint was in read-only mode during this window. All data was preserved. No customer impact beyond the maintenance window.
Provider Data Sync intermittent failures
Between 9:42 AM and 11:15 AM ET, the Provider Data Sync service returned intermittent errors for NPI lookups. Affected provider record enrichment for approximately 3% of sync operations. Resolved by rolling back to the prior NPI Registry client version.
